    ABOUT ME

  • Finally feel comfortable with brewing. Now I'm doing more flavor experimenting. Hope to one day have conditions to brew a lager.
  • Once I get my next batch under my belt I plan on making my first extract recipe and going from there. The goal is to make an Oatmeal Stout, Scotch Ale, Amber Ale, Trappist Ale and eventually some kind of lager.
