I can still taste it but not to it's full potential. I think it's because of the clog sinuses.
If I take a big whiff I can smell some of it great aromas.

Don't want to be a negative Nancy but why would you want to have 18% alcohol water. Doesn't
sound tasty at all, but try it all report back if it taste ok ill try it out.

Brewed it up yesterday and I got steady bubbling right now. I'm going to keep my swamp cooler
water at round 60 degrees to hopefully maintain it at around 65. The recipe doesn't say to
raise temps up ...
