    West Coast Double IPAs have to be even fresher IMO as they taste like hot alcohol after the
    hops are gone. You can't make an 8-10 % ABV beer with a 1.00 - 1.005 FG without packing some

    Unless you're going for a DIPA just up your base grains and leave the sugar out to hit your
    desired OG. Also leave the carapils out. sugar was used just 2 row Vienna .25 Caramel 10 and
