I use a 3800 watt element @ 240v just plugged into a spa panel for my14 gallon pre boil/ 12+
gallon post boil batches- no control needed.

Mine would look a lot like that if I could get it to clear. The fine crush for BIAB is getting
a lot of protiens in it. got some super moss for the next brew onward to try & clear it up.Time
