    Just poured my first brew from a tap. A vanilla porter that is great. A little under carbed, so

    I saw on a episode of brewing tv that said as long as the ph is under 3 you are good to go,
    well i think they said three. I used it for the first time last week and it was cloudy.

    IMHO, it's more for all grain brewers. You can use it for extract brews, but to take full
    advantage, you'd need to be doing ag. It's only 20 bucks so if you want tools like attenuation
