    I set at 9 psi and leave it...no force carving. The keezer has a fan to help circulate air
    also. I noticed if I leave the beer out for a while or stir it the flavor mellows out a bit

    Decided to brew an all grain dry Irish stout tonight. Mashed at 152 and mashed out at 170. This
    was my second brew in 2 weeks and was the smoothest brew day yet. The plate chiller got it to
