Yes, I do run through a softener, but I think that value is relatively low or within acceptable
range for most styles of beers. I find that I can help offset my salt additions with about 2%

Martin, Just curious on how the sulfate content is reported. The Wards report I received lists

Sorry my friends I haven’t been able to get around to bottling this. It took me a little
while to source up enough free 22 oz. bombers. Hopefully with some time off for the holidays
