    Can you check to see if a soak in dilluted bleach water or pbw/oxyclean eats through the finish
    on the metal bit. EZ caps do after half an hour and I want to replace them.

    I use a warm/hot oxyclean soak and have been able to get all krausen out of fermenters and beer

    No, you would use a separate gpio and separate temp probe for the separate vessel. One for the
    BK and one for the HLT.Which GPIO's would you use the raspi only has one PWM.
