How can I fix this ? I would like to sweeten it a bit. I did do a half and half half cider 2
gal and half grain 2 gal plus I added 3 hops I don't have the list in front of me now but it

Ok I've seem some really good stuff so far but not what I'm about to ask . Ok if I've let my
cider get to point of my likings and am prepared to bottle can I just reheat the cider to kill
off the yeas...

Those are sweet! I can see why you don't want to put holes in them but those seals I would
recommend in checking the size and buying replacements I only say that cause they dry rot and
loose there sea...

Well the hole vinegar thing when you just let the air touch it after fermentation the alcohol
turns . But I can see what you mean that you don't want to drill into your lids . What are you

Oh and I also plan on adding more cinnamon sticks to my ciders secondary also
