There are so many different things it could have been. Are the bottles that didn't break over
carbed? If they aren't ,I'd guess you didn't stir the bottling sugar enough. If they are.

I'd guess either the beer wasn't done fermenting or you didn't stir the bottling sugar enough.
You could have some sort of infection also.

Here's version 2 of my ugly mill. nice. The only issue I see is you really need to stir the
grain into the water. Dough balls are going to mess with your efficiency.

The pressure relief valve threads in. I'd try tightening it a little bit. When I first got my
