Ed, it sounds as though with the fume hood in place, you could start using the hut for indoor
brewing now if you wanted, or am I overlooking something?

hmmm...the trouble there is I'm not sure if that very low number (1.025, as opposed to say
35-38 for various forms of base barley malts) is primarily due to being unmalted or roasted.
