What's the final gravity supposed to be? What's the temperature of the fermentation? Try giving
the fermenter a swirl, do not shake it, just swirl it, give it a few and see if it will start

Personally, I don't care for the higher temps. I like the 60-65 range much better. I've had
better results. If the beer is carbed up, it really shouldn't matter though.
