With no traffic (for example Friday mid-day, like hitting the DC area between 10 and 2) you're
better off on the Beltway (495). On a Friday, it starts to get lousy around 3 o'clock.I
    wouldn't bother w...

junior, it really depends on the day/time as to whether you'd want to go around DC (495 aka
Beltway) or through DC (295). If you are headed down on 7/19, a Friday, and its rush hour (~
    6am-9am) (~ 3pm...

I had to move my 2 month old Tart of Darkness clone from the garage to the basement. It had a
pretty thin pellicle on the top of it and after the move I would say 90% of the pellicle is
    gone with just...

Also, I'm 99% Cuvee Renee is pastuerized, so basically you are fermenting only with Brett. The
dregs are dead in the Lindemanns, nothing in there. No wonder there's barely any sourness,
    there's only t...

tugbucket, are you sure about those FG readings? They seem a bit high for beers with brett/bugs
that have aged for that long.

Now onto a bottle of nicely aged RIS, I've managed to drink these sparingly over the last
couple years and it was worth the patience
