1.070 is kind of a high gravity for just one packet of regular ale yeast. Next time, pitch 2
packets for things higher than about 1.055 OG. I always just use bread yeast for my ciders and

I would only secondary after at least 12 days. I wouldn't do any more transfers as you are just
increasing the risk of infection as said before. Most of the time, secondaries are useless IMO.
