  • 1st Brew - Partial Mash Nut Brown Ale, turned out good, and hooked
    2nd Brew - Partial Mash Milk Stout - This one turned out even better
    3rd Brew - Partial Mash - Oktoberfest - Still lagering
    4th Brew - An Abbey Ale Full Grain - First Full grain attempt, started primary at too high of temp for the amount of fermentation..Gravity after primary 1.01 Actual ABV 7.2, SRM 22, IBU: 32
    5th Brew - Imperial Pale Ale - Great experience, fantastic beer. ABV - 9.8%
    6th Brew - Belgian Golden Strong Ale - OG 1.081 - FG - 1.005. ABV 10.1%, IBU 33, SRM 6
  • Somewhere a Chocolate Milk Stout, a Trippel, and definately some more Belgian style ales
  • None Currently - Doing a Bourbon Vanilla Stout Saturday.

    Milk Stout
    Imperial IPA - Imperial IPA - OG 1.085, This is a full grain Imperial IPA, it was done with a 5 gallon cooler, with a manifold for sparging at the bottom, this doubles as my mash/lauter tun. The boil was in a 40qt stainless steel kettle on a propane burner. Boiled off for 30 minutes (had close to 7 gallons after sparge), then commenced 60 minute boil. IBUs: 93. SRM: 8. Ended up with FG of 1.01
