  • This will be a short list. Got a Groupon for a full starter set-up, purchased it, and made some beer. Set-up arrived with basic boiling, fermenting, racking, and bottling equipment. Bought a 15.5 gallon keggle recently, as well as some corny's; and put together mashing equipment for all-grain. I'm many many batches in and TOTALLY hooked. Purchased an additional carboy and see more in my future...
  • Upcoming... Irish Red (first all-grain), Pumpkin Ale (also all-grain).
  • Experimental hard lemon-lime concoction.
  • Nothing. Sad!!!
  • Cream Ale, tested a bottle 3/4, delicious... smooth with a reamy mouthfeel and warm aroma. Belgian Pale which is AWEsome.... nice banana and bubblegum profile which with some aging has mellowed and mixed well. Cherry Stout. Pumpkin Ale. Irish Stout. Belgian Dubbel.

An 'early' pumpkin ale from a fellow home-brewing friend. Tasty, nice pumpkin flavor (he used
fresh vs. canned), plus a lot of cinnamon and allspice - reminds me more of pumpkin pie.
