  • My father made beer when I was a child, I still remember the smell of flat beer as he it moved from bucket to carboy. Such a familiar smell now, I used to think it gross. As I grew older I learned to like ****ty beer and cheap whiskey. Fortunately, I was able to get past that phase before I turned of age. I started experimenting with bootleg mead. First batch was a gallon of joes ancient orange. When I had just turned 19 I asked my dad if I could have his equipment, which had been just gathering dust in the basement. He agreed and I've been in love with brewing ever since. Just went All Grain in September of 2011
  • No more brewing till Fall 2013 as I spend the summer working in Gulf Shores, AL
