i do think quick disconnects would be nice to have as well. The johnson site says its a PTC
sensor. I think my best bet is to sell the johnson as is and use that money to upgrade to PID.

I figured that'd be the most likely change. What about a Belgian dark ale? Am I too far gone
with the Carafa?
