Just tasted it, was a lot different than I was expecting, I can def say that. Had a very smooth
mouthfeel, went down smooth, and was incredibly well balanced. In a way, a little more bland

Well I was planning on either transferring to secondary today, or conditions permitting
bottling. So I popped the lid off, took my sample and tested it and it was at 1.010 (expected

just let it sit in the fermentor undisturbed for a few weeks, and filter it through a fine
filter. you may have to add a bit more yeast to get it to carb up, but it'll def be drinkable

yea, I was going to do a 3 week primary, but right now I only have my bucket, and a 5 gal
better bottle so I can't really do a second batch until my bucket gets freed up. So I figured 2

it's been 4 days as of today since pitching, and I think my fermentation is subsiding. It was
at 63 when I pitched, spiked up to 66 friday night and as of right now it's back down to 63 and

all steel is magnetic to some degree, even stainless, it just all has varying degrees of it(i
seriously doubt that they would use stainless in a hydrometer though). A fridge magnet might
not be strong...
