  • Neighbours got me into it, now have 2 5 gallon fermenters, one 5 gallon kingkeg top tap, 3 5 litre demijohns... whatever i can sneak past the wife.

    Only used kits so far but im looking to start trying a bit of everything.
  • I really want to give pretty much everything a go, thats the fun part right!

    Im not going to claim to be an expert here but there are certain things than could have
    effected this, such as if the primary was in quite a warm place fermentation may have been
    faster than expected ...

    Yes if i was to just use the naturally occuring sugar in the juice but the plan is to keep
    adding sugar gradually untill a total of 1350grams sugar (including the naturally occuring
    sugar in the juice...

    honestly couldnt say, doesnt look like foam per say but then ive never had anything like this
