    ABOUT ME

  • Just started a few months ago with a buddy. First batch was a brown ale made with an extract/specialty grain kit. It turned out really bitter. (too much hops made it to the primary; we're using coffee filters as hop socks now). Our current batch is a generic lager infused with green tea.
  • Mocha stout, red ale, pale ale, barley wine, eisbock (next winter)
  • All-grain Green Tea Lager
  • Amber Ale
  • brown ale, steem
  • Male
  • Single
  • Selkirk
  • Manitoba
