  • Brewed a Redhook ESB clone with my father in 2004. Began homebrewing with my roommate in 2005. rnrnCurrently acting as de-facto president and treasurer of a group of an 8-person homebrew club. All extract ale recipes so far, getting ready to upgrade to all-grain rig. Just brewed our first 10-gallon batch on 1/20.
  • Looking to move to all-grain 10-gallon batches soon. Once we upgrade our system to include an additional temp-controlled chest freezer, we'll move to lagering.
