- I've brewed extract and all-grain beers. My all-grain is set up with a steam infusion for multi-step mashes. I heat my HLT and pressure cooker on an electric burner, and wort on a propane burner. But when I run out of propane mid-boil, I switch to and electric burner. I've set up a 3-tier gravity feed in my garage for the mash. rnI have a keezer that I designed and built from a GE 7.0 CF freezer.rnI have a chest freezer with a Ranco controller that I use for a fermentation chamber.
