For those that go this route how durable is it. The ranco being a non proportional t-state
means it powers on and off (like plugging in and out) the refrigeration unit. does this cause

Good to hear that it turned out good for ya. I have been bottled for a little over a week and

This is pain in the..........I am using a large funnel and a screen in the bottom that gets
clogged all the time, is there a better way? a different strainer? help. straining is taking me

at 30 min mark i opened it up and stirred and poked the grain around some and added some

temps are suppose to be 150-160 for 75 min. i am 20 min in and sitting at 152, start temp was
