What effect will taking the lactose out have on the beer?it just wouldn't have the same

just brewed this again, for the second time, because the first batch was awesome!this time, we
used 2lbs of oats (1lb toasted, 1lb regular), 2lbs of lactose and used white labs WLP004 Irish
