My guess is that it's a T500 Boiler from Still Spirits. As to why you would want to ferment in

I would puree the berries as suggested. A point on the clarity issue, you may want to add

Its just CO2 coming out of suspension due to the nucleation sites you provided (the cinnamon).
Happens all the time when dry hopping. Should be safe to bottle.
