I recently had an Oktoberfest fest from Highlands called Claw Hammer. And Left Hand's

In about three days it should be pretty clear and good to go.It's already very clear after 24
hours. I'm bottling this on Sunday to get the most from that gelatin.

I mainly use the 001 between 64-68 F for APA and IPA. Always turns out dry and hop forward.
