  • I got into craft beer a few years back and after a while I wanted to give homebrewing a try. I like the idea that I can make a good beer at home by following a simple recipe and move up to more complex recipes and experiment with new flavors. A big draw was the easy to learn and hard to master aspect of homebrewing.
  • I am going to brew an American Wheat Ale with Sorachi Ace hopes and some Grains of Pardaise to enjoy for the late Spring and Summer.

    oatmeal stout or a porter. can do a winter winter with half by putting christmas spices(nutmeg,
    mace, cinnamon, clove) in the secondary.
