I just brewed an extract kit of Bavarian lager from Midwest supplies. Took the SG and it was

I've used a 5.7v, 10v, and 12v power supply to see which one works the best. The 5.7v works but
only gets a inch dimple or so for a vortex. The 12v throws the bar immediately. The 10v spins
for a few ...
