    Ginger blonde in the keg! Ginger flavor and aroma are great. Not perfect yet but definitely
    going to remake and perfect recipe! Maybe a little more sweetness and higher abv!

    With just mesh braid you might get a channelling effect on the flow of the water with fly
    sparging. A false bottom for even flow of water will help or batch sparge.

    Just started 1 gal ginger mead yesterday. 2lbs honey and 3 oz ginger boiled for ten minutes and
    then honey added at flame out. Used lalvin 1118.
