    Yes it is post fermentation and no dry hop. I just tasted it today and it seems to be
    subsiding. Maybe it was just too green. However it was a very light beer and very mild hops.

    I have seen those and they look good. My only issue is I'm trying to get completely away from

    No i am not running the brewers hardware regulator. I didn't think it would handle the btu's of
    the two burners. I purchased a 2 stage reg. rated at 160,000 but.

    No, I haven't even put a pot on yet. They should be getting plenty of oxygen. I'm using the
