  • I started brewing in Oct 2007.
    After years of me talking about it my wife finally looked at me and said "Will you just do it and shut up!"
    So, I did. After all, gotta make her happy, right?

    My first 4 beers were extract and extract/grain, with 3 of them being from kits. I then went to all grain as well as getting a beer fridge and a kegging system.

    I'm not a hophead, and in fact I like to focus on "traditional" European beers; mostly German or British.

    I can't seem to figure this out.What grain(s) do I need to use to get a beer to have a
