do you smell the sulfer coming out of the airlock?I've been ordered by SWMBO to ferment
belgians in a room we don't use much because of the smell.

I do that for my very large OG beers. It's the best "Starter" out there and it yield's 5g of
homebrew to boot!

I use a Better Bottle with spigot for a primary and have had no problems. In fact its
absolutely great at pulling every last drop of beer out with no trub :)

My beers always seem to do that too :(. My blowoff catcher is in my brewpot as I speak for a
1.1 OG Stout. I'm predicting a nice mess when I come home from work today.

Next time you should add the water AFTER dumping the wort into your primary. You'll never have

No specific recipe. But my left tap always has a stout or porter and my right tap always has an
IPA or pale ale. Anything different is in the 3rd keg and comes out of the picnic tap.
