I pulled a keg of Wit out of the fridge for a party to put something else in. Put it back in 3
days later and it still tastes great. It was at about 70-72 the while out of the fridge.

With a little more prodding, I was able to get the poppets out. I had to take a small diameter
screw driver and push the poppet through from the outside.
