i'm a one gallon brewer... i use glass carboys for everything.that said, if i were doing 5

it took me a while to figure out a good balance, mostly by trial and errori put about 1/3 at
start of boil, and then at 30 and/or 15 minutes, depending how i feel on any given day.needs at
