    ABOUT ME

  • I've met a bunch of sports personalities including Dennis Eckersley, Todd Worrell, Grant Wistrom, Trent Green, Orlando Pace; John Smoltz and I talked for over an hour about wives and marriage. I am currently writing a show for a local Burlesque troupe with my son.
  • beer making of course
  • Dave "Daddyo" Mosblech
  • Right now I listen to a lot of blues. I have a couple of friends who let me sit in and sing with their band every so often.
  • Got back into brewing in the fall, turned out a nice Kolsch from a kit, then tried a Chocolate Porter. That was yummy.rnAfter the holidays, we made a brown ale from scratch, and a Maple Porter, with a tweaked recipe.
  • Planning for the spring includes:rnA kolsch, probably from a kit. rnA Pale Ale, probably a clone recipernSnikelfritz Alice Citrus wheat, because my daughter is running out.rnMaple Stout which I need to start soon so it's ready for St. Pattys
  • just finished brewing the second edition of Snikelfritz Alice Citrus Wheat. Used lemon and orange peel, zest from 2 lemons and coriander seed, with about 5 lbs wheat malt and Centennial hops. Cooling the wort now.
  • Chocolate Santa, brewed in August bottled in Sept. Tastes great in November, comparable to Youngs Double Chocolate.rnCoffy Stout, made this for my son who likes a local micro brew. Ours is a bit sweeter and less heavy on the coffee.rnAunt Mary's Garden Grand Cru, bottled Do Not Open til XMas!
