thanks, i just made a major connection. i've always thought that you had to "lager" a lager

It was a dry yeast but i don't remember which one it was exactly. I started it off with a

I can't remember how serious i should be about keeping sunlight away from my fermenting
carboys. I'm using glass for the first time so i'm more worried about it. Thanks!
