Hovik,The Cascade rhizomes I picked up last year did great. I got 3-4oz out of them and
actually planted them late in the summer. If you can make it down to Oceanside one of these

Have you thought about using a refractometer? They only take a few drops to get a reading and
you wont have to worry about contamination. My buddy has one, real easy to use, very accurate,

Have you tried hopville.com yet? It comes up with 1.032 OG and 1.009 FG 75% efficiency. ABV
would be 3.1%.It doesn't have all the bells and whistles that BeerSmith has but it works for

Hovik,Yeah, he said that someone emailed him and bought every rhizome he hadn't sold (40 or 50
