Brewed this last Sunday. Fermentation began about 20 hours post pitch. Bubbling has slowed way

IMHO I think Sam Adams has more balance and flavor with Octoberfest. But keep in mind,
octoberfest should be a lager, not an ale.

Going to brew a pils and a stout tomorrow if weather is not too hot. Forecast to be 107 in

Having a Saint Arnold Octoberfest. Not too bad for an Ale version. Sam Adams is better. More
flavor and balance. My ale version is better yet of course. :)
