Just cracked open my first pint and it was great. This is my first AG porter and I was very

After bottle conditioning for three weeks, I was able to enjoy my first pint last night. Very
good beer. I will definitely be brewing this one again.

I went to the LHBS today and prices were up 10-15% on grain and hops. Most of the liquid yeast
was around $8.00. I was buying these for $6.00 a couple of months ago.

Just bottled my first batch of all grain Centennial Blonde. Used S-04 and left it in the
primary for 14 days. Finished at 1.012. The color was spot on. Can't wait to see how it tastes
