    I wouldnt heat the pot with bottles in it. You're asking for trouble and broken bottles.

    The yeast will start fermenting that added sugar. You'll need to wait for stable gravity
    readings again and then start the bottling process over with new priming sugar.

    Bottled a batch of cider tonight, will probably pasteurize it Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday
    depending on how it carbs up.It carbs up that quick eh? Looks like i'll be pasteurizing
    tomorrow or Tuesday.
