Well i tasted my lastest batch yesterday, and i dont know if that bit of carapils i added (0.2
kg) or better brewing practices but my latest IPA has some everlasting head :D

Wits are cloudy by style, when I make them I do what I can to get that to happen. The 1.020 FG
is a bit high, but I haven't heard of suspended yeast throwing off a hydrometer. Was the batch
