I got the material for the press cloths from here says 100% polyester and no mention of any
fire retardant. I washed it twice anyway with an extra rinse on each cycle. The cider tastes

Just to update this, I used the press cloths I mentioned above for the first time yesterday.
They work great! They really let the juice through and kept the solids down to a minimum. Hard
to beat at $...

I ended up buying 5 yards of "Faux Linen Sheer Voile (118") - White" at $2 a yard from Even
if they only least one season they only cost me about $1.50 each with the shipping.I was able
to cut it up...

Anyway have any recommendations on press clothes? I've already read tons about different cloths

Yup. It works OK. be careful on the pressure not to burst your soda bottles.
