  • Well I started with an extract batch and then on to 1 partial mash and now have been doing all grain. I made 12 brews in 5 brew days 9 of which were all grain in of July 2011 when i started. rnrn I am now using a keggle setup with a "cube" mlt and fly sparge.rnrni am no stranger to the world though as i have worked in wineries for a while and wend to school for beer wine and spirits and became a sommelier while in school. it was only natural to jump into home brewing. I just don't know why I didn't do it earlier.
