For me, bigger doesn't matter. And with my JaDeD Corny Pillar I can cool a Zymatic batch in 3

Anyone know at what gallon marking level the thermowell is in the 20 gallon?Also, does it come
with a plug for the recirculation port? I imagine lots of heat is lost from there.
