  • got together with a friend and decided we would invest in a kit to brew our own beer since then we started with the premade kits got comfortable with the process then decided we can put together better recipes so now our journey is taking us on the path of discovery we try to make our own little twist on traditional styles
  • My goal is to come up with my own little twist on multiple beers including a wheat beer which i feel i have accomplished basing my recipe off a U.S. style wheat with some sweet clementine zest and tupulo honey... I want to come up with a nice belgian quad, IPA, stout and maybe a lager to cover all bases
  • Bevarian Wit, Brown Ale, Honey Wheat

    Just use the zest, no pulp.Honey does nothing, it completely ferments out drying the beer
    ratherthan giving any my opinion i think this is due to people adding the honey
    too early i mean ...

    I just used honey in my wheat beer. I feel that it totally dried it out and left no honey
    flavor. I used two pounds though so you might be better off with your .5lbs.I wouldnt boil the
    honey otherwise...
