  • Very basic at this point. I just bought my first brew kettle!! Still working thru recipe kits to get a grasp on the whole process. I've successfully brewed a 20 min boil kit and am working on a recipe kit now.

    Should I pull out the orange and lemon zest before the primary or leave it in thoughout
    fermentation? I don't want the lemon to overpower everything.

    Just picked up a 12 of Sam Adams Brewer's Selection for 15.36 w/ tax. Not too bad but
    Homebrewing is more fun.
