Started a couple years ago after a buddies uncle offered me a homebrewed Octoberfest.. After that I started research, bought a starter kit and my first extract kit. The beer came out pretty good and from then on I was hooked.
Currently have a 10 gal cyl. coolers for mash tun and hot liqour tanks... And a converted keg for my boil kettle. Yet another sanke for fermenting in. Haven't been in all grain too long, so I'm still gradually upgrading equipment and working toward making my brewery more brewer friendly. - Black IPA, Irish Red, ESB, Imperial IPA
