    Poor fermentation can leave it sweet. Make sure you measure your gravities and hit your numbers
    to be sure.

    I just brewed this up and hopped it with just picked Cascade wet hops right off the bines! We

    Brutus 20, anyone? That is similar to what I want to build. Add a pump and large kettle, then
