    I agree! I had it last year and it was not that bad. But still not impressed. I heard if you
    let it sit for a year it will mellow out.

    I've read online that you can brew with Wormwood. They act as a great bittering hop. I'm

    another idea would be to do first wort hop with the simcoe, take advantage of the great flavor
    and pairing with amarilloI agree. Simcoe and Amarillo go very well together.
